# How do I plug in the Lyteflo Device to a Tesla Model Y (2025+) ?

With Tesla vehicles, you will need to remove a plastic trim panel to locate the OBD diagnostic port. Then you can connect an adaptor which will allow you to plug in the Lyteflo device. The adaptor cables are labelled.

*Note:If your 2025 Model Y was built late in 2024 or early in 2025 ("pre-refresh"), please follow the instructions for [2020-2024 Model Y](https://support.lyteflo.com/how-do-i-plug-in-the-lyteflo-device-to-a-tesla-model-3-2019-2023-and-model-y-2020-2024-?hsLang=en-us).*
