Lyteflo isn't loading on my vehicle detail page. 

First please ensure that the page you are viewing is an EV or PHEV. Note that Lyteflo does not appear on gas vehicles or hybrids. Lyteflo also needs a VIN on the page in order to load. 

If you are on an EV or PHEV vehicle detail page, please try clearing your browser cache or you can try doing a "hard refresh" which will ignore your cache and reload the webpage data. 

Here is how you can do a hard refresh:

Ctrl + Shift + R (on PC) or command + shift + R (on mac)
