Why isn't my battery report working?

If your Lyteflo Battery Report isn't working, please confirm your Lyteflo device is ready to scan and your EV is currently supported:
  1. Check the LED status indicator lights on the bottom of your Lyteflo device to see if it has power, network connection, and is reading data from the vehicle. Read more about the LED status indicator lights here

  2. Your EV may not be supported yet for Battery Reports or it may still be in beta. You can find a list of supported vehicles here

We are constantly adding to our list of supported vehicles. If there are specific EV models you see frequently and aren't yet supported, we'd like to hear from you: Let us know by emailing support@lyteflo.com

Note: Lyteflo Battery Reports are for EVs only (not plug-in hybrids, hybrids, or gas vehicles).
